What you get:

Based on your goals, fitness level, equipment, and preferences You will receive a workout program that will allow you to hit your goals. With the JS Fit training app, you will be able to track progress and see the correct exercises, sets, reps, and exertion.
Detailed macronutrient diet plan
Based on your goals and current activity level you will receive a macronutrient and calorie plan to achieve your desired physique. The plan will continuously be updated to stay on track. Tracking will be in the popular MyFitnessPal calorie tracker and automatically sent to your JS Fit training app.
1 on 1 check-ins
To make sure you are always progressing toward your goals you will be provided with weekly surveys evaluated by myself, and the ability to schedule 1 on 1 video check-ins to go over your progress and ask any questions.
About Me
My whole life I struggled with my weight. I wasn’t able to gain muscle, lose fat, and feel confident in myself. That is, until I learned the value of a structured, and well balanced training/diet plan.
The ability to know exactly what to put in your body and how to lift weights with a goal in mind changed the way I looked at fitness. Now I want to teach you how to get in the best shape of your life, lose fat, build muscle, and be happy for the long term.
